How to use Facebook’s shop to increase sales – DigiTourShow Daily #131
Tourism businesses can utilise Facebook’s shop functionality within business pages to help generate more enquires. This can be used for activities, room enquires, vouchers and pretty much anything in between.
Facebook gives you two options when setting up a shop. Enquiry based or a link to your website.
I advise to set it up enquiry based as this keeps the user within Facebook and the enquire through Facebook messenger. It makes it super easy for them to get in touch with you.
Whatever type of shop you decide on, just remember you can’t change it once set up and you also need to add your product in reverse order so Facebook shows your best products first as you can’t arrange them either.
